Refund Process

2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.

3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

4. Ship the product back to us within 7 days of receiving the RMA number.

5. Once we receive the product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

 

 


Refund Amount



The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that:

  • Refunds will be made in the same currency as the original payment.

  • Refunds will be for the full amount paid for the product, excluding shipping costs.
